belted the cardi on the outside, unbuttoned. My necklace isn't really heather moore, but it looks a lot like that! This cardigan bugs me because i think if you button just one button it makes your hips look huge. But open and belted it looks much better. I just thought it would be a more useful piece and instead I end up designing the whole thing around it.
